Current safety precautions at KWS

Of course, our actions today and for the coming period are also influenced by the crisis surrounding the corona virus crisis. We would therefore like to inform you now about how we are dealing with this difficult situation for all of us:

  • In all our daily procedures, we comply with the current regulations and with the highest possible safety and hygiene standards.

  • Our employees are currently mainly active in the home office and will remain at your disposal in the future within the framework of the usual contact possibilities.

  • Of course, you can also rely on us in the areas of support and service. Retrofitting, maintenance and repairs work will continue to be carried out.

  • Our technical team is divided into groups so that only the necessary number of employees are present in the company at any given time, so the appropriate distance can be maintained.

  • In our warehouse and delivery department, we have further increased the standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

  • Our entire product range is currently available for delivery, our supply chains are intact.

We always look forward to your inquiries and assure you of a perfect realization! Of course, we cannot avoid any of these restrictions for the time being:

  • The user training days, which usually take place every last Friday of the month, must be cancelled in the interest of everyone at the moment.

  • Training scheduled for the month of April cannot take place at this time either. We will of course keep you informed about further developments on our website and, if you wish, also by personal contact.

  • We are also currently dispensing with customer visits or presence at our trade partners. However, we are happy to use the available communication channels.

Nevertheless, even in these problematic times, we offer you a reliable quality of service, which uncompromisingly meets the known quality standards of our product. As usual you can count on us!
