Dear customers, dear sales partners,

as you know, KWS Electronic GmbH filed for preliminary insolvency at the local authorities end of August. All sorts of rumors are around and circulating on the market and there is understandably uncertainty among our customers. With tis information we want to clear up that mess now.

We want to inform you about the facts and the current status:

  • The registration of insolvency in self-administration is only possible if the reasonable prospect of continuity of the company is given. This is thoroughly examined by the legal authorities. This is the case at KWS and we assume that too.

  • Business continues as usual. All employees are on board and proud to work for you.

  • The machinery and stocks are not bonded to anybody as well as the financial claims against our customers. Therefore, we are fully capable of acting.

  • Currently, the company is restructured together with our employees and an external consultant and so prepared for the future. This is particularly important with regard to our qualified employees, as they continue to be our most important asset after insolvency proceedings.

For you as a customer and sales partner, this means that KWS will continue to be the high-level supplier of quality measuring receivers “Made in Germany” in the future.

From the point of view now, there is no reason not to include the KWS products in your planning or procurement—service, advice and quality remain at the highest level…You can be sure that the service for your measuring receiver is guaranteed.
